At Eastwood Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new instrument. If it's not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 45 days of delivery provided it is in its original, mint condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via our online portal or email to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully repack the guitar in its original protective packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

• 3.
  Ship to Eastwood

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred insured carrier to send the package to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
